Growing up listening to Hip Hop JERC began producing his own music at just 15. After a production break due to lack of funds and resources he eventually gravitated towards electronic music at 18. Within two years he found himself DJing at some of Scotland’s biggest student parties and coming 4th in Creamfields 2011 DJ Competition. Having warmed up for names such as Annie Mac and Pete Tong, JERC has now decided to once again take up producing.

His progressive, hands up , electro , house style is influenced by the music he listens to all day everyday. A fan of not just electronic music but a variety of styles including Hip hop and the more classical sounds of composers such as Ludovico Einaudi- “He’s unbelievably talented! I can’t get enough of his music, it’s so beautiful.”

Motivated by his ability to use the universal language of music to make people happy JERC’s favourite place to play is a small club in Aberdeen call Korova. “Every week it’s a crazy party, with the best atmosphere and crowd!”
