This special issue is American Vouges September’s 120th anniversary issue. Lady Gaga has been photographed by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott. The main cover features Gaga wearing a Marc Jacobs pink patchwork dress that references Vogue’s first-ever cover in 1892.
