Friday 20th April saw Apogee Presents host their launch party at The Lightbox in Vauxhall. We popped down for a couple hours and arriving just after 1am, Coat of Arms were already on the decks setting the vibe for what was going to be an enjoyable night for many. With the main room filled nicely, it consisted of a mixed crowed of all ages with each individual raving to the deep tech vocal house sounds.

Next door in Room 2 was not so busy however it never stopped the guys from Louche to still provide a quality set for those inside. Adam Shelton also took to the Pioneers for an hour in which he took over the second room and provided us with a touch of Birmingham’s finest. Back into the main room and Huxley had already begun his set. Looking as though he fully enjoyed his time at Apogee Presents, Huxley played a variety of house tunes from old skool classics to current club favourite’s such as Storm Queen – Look Right Through (MK Don’t Talk To Me Dub).

Apogee Presents had a very successful launch and we in particular loved the venue! With the lights running from ceiling to wall, it is the perfect way to bring a festival feel to an intimate venue. We managed to get a few short clips of the night, which you can view below:

After hosting an event with a line up such as there’s, we are sure this is not the last you will see from Apogee Presents…
