So a fortnight ago the 14th Annual DJ Awards took place at the renowned Pacha in Ibiza. Its the event that has now become the traditional way of ending what has become the main reason why people descend to the island….to experience this sound we call House.
There were 22 awards up for grabs, 11 of which were ‘Special Awards’, these being judged by an independent music panel. Leaving the other 11 awards down to the public – ranging from House to Techno, Downtempo to Deep House. With surprise guest presenter Paris Hilton, many people within the industry was present to claim their ‘kryptonite’ awards.
