Following recent updates from the Government, things are looking promising for UK large capacity events (that means festivals) for summer 2021. Scroll down for our list of London and UK-wide house music festivals currently confirmed for summer 2021. You’ll see some of our favourites like Elrow, SW4, Junction 2 and Parklife.

No earlier than 12 April outdoor areas at hospitality venues can open, so you can enjoy an Aperol in a pub garden with a group of 6 mates. Outdoor gatherings or events that comply with COVID-Secure guidance and ensure that those attending do not mix beyond what is permitted by the social contact limits can take place.
No earlier than 17 May further settings will be permitted to open including indoor areas of hospitality venues, so you can have that cocktail inside with those 6 friends. Social contact limits at this stage will be a group of 6 people or 2 households indoors; or in a group of no more than 30 people outdoors. Spectators will be allowed to performance events but attendance will be restricted to 50% of capacity up to 1,000 people for indoor events, and 50% of capacity up to 4,000 people for outdoor events.
No earlier than 21 June nightclubs return and all restrictions on social contact and large events will come to an end. Time to pop the prosecco and party with everyone possible.
So most festivals that were originally set for dates after 21 June have now started to confim that they will be going ahead. In some cases this has meant a rush for tickets but we recommened keeping an eye out on Resident Advisor or other reputable ticketing sites as when it gets closer to the event date some people may find themselves double booked.
