Thursday 5th April our first stop over the bank holiday weekender was Shake it. Where we saw Layo and Bushwacka welcome the super talented Dinky from Visionquest, Crosstown Rebels and Cocoon Records.
Supported by the Circo Loco crew Chilean born Dinky is a global superstar, currently holding a residency at the famous ‘panorama bar’ in Berlin. Dinky is renowned for her diverse sound, from deep minimal techno to old school and funk, which was clear to see on the night through the use of her impressive technique she successfully won the crowd over.
Alongside Dinky, were resident DJs Layo and Bushwaka who of course being true pioneers to the house scene didn’t fail to impress once again. To top the night off the party took place in true East End style in a brand new venue called Oval Space. This never been used space most definitely gets ten stars from the House and Heels team.
