Day 3 of London Fashion week saw one of our favorite designers Matthew Williamson showcase his Spring Summer 2013 collection. With his elegant silhouettes and creative use of colour his collection was what we expected yet more than we could have imagined. This collections helps to mark Matthew Williamson 15th anniversary and the brand is known for its grown up and colourful designs. I feel that although the designs are sophisticated a youthful playfulness comes through and I have no doubt we will be seeing replicas on the high street.

Our favorite look is …..

This look combines the elements from the show we love. The dip dye / dip bleach effect , bright colours, landscape printing and tribal beading. The mixture of prints and textures works perfectly and really helps the look to stand out amongst the other SS13 designs we’ve seen.

Matthew said “I wanted to make the collection a memorable one. I’ve looked back at some archive pieces and reworked some ideas from there.”
